The Brief: MegaFood required a cohesive campaign to feature their mushroom lineup. The objective was to create a seamless visual journey that transitioned from a family group shot into individual hero environments, each highlighting the unique function of the specific vitamin.
The Solution: I engineered a large-scale motorized turntable featuring modular, moveable partitions to create a continuous rotating room effect. By synchronizing the set’s rotation with my proprietary 6-axis camera rig, I was able to execute a single, unbroken practical transition between environments. This mechanical approach allowed for a tactile, real in-camera energy inline with Megafood brand values.
The Challenges: To accommodate six unique products within a four-quadrant turntable, I designed a wall system that allowed for rapid set changes mid-production. Additionally, some of the mushrooms had to be kept frozen and would change color if kept on set for more than a few minutes. So we had to plan everything in advance so the shoot could be done quickly to preserve their natural color and texture.
